Keeping Safe On-Line
Our community has some site 'House Rules' that members and visitors are expected to respect.
On the Living Learning site, as I explore and contribute, I agree to:
- KEEP IN MIND THIS SITE IS FOR PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT AGES, ABILITIES, CULTURES AND NATIONALITIES.
- BEHAVE KINDLY AND CONSIDERATELY, and give extra thought when responding to other people's opinions, beliefs and ideas that are different to my own.
- COLLABORATE to help myself and other people discover, share, create, develop and research interests and passions, which improve learning and life.
- BE GENEROUS by sharing as gifts what I know and think to help develop my own and other people's learning adventures.
- CONTRIBUTE TO MAKING THIS A SAFE SPACE. I WON'T GIVE PRIVATE INFORMATION or use codes that could be used to locate me or other people.
(This is an open site - anyone can look at and contribute to this site and someone may not be who or what you think they are.)
- HELP MAKE THIS FEEL A COMFORTABLE SPACE BY NOT POSTING LINKS TO VIDEOS, IMAGES OR SITES THAT MAY BE INAPPROPRIATE FOR A LEARNING COMMUNITY -
remember this is a site for those who are under 8 and over 80, and everything in-between.

Many of our members and visitors are children. There are many very different opinions as to what is 'inappropriate'
for a child to see and we are aware that your opinion may differ from ours. What we can agree on is that we want
everyone to learn to surf more safely. These sites have information and advice for all ages:
